40 North is hiring line cooks!
We are looking for some passionate and creative people to join our team.
We are a from from scratch kitchen helmed by two time James Beard nominated chef, Beth Zozula. The menu is built around lamb and fresh produce. We bring in two whole lambs a week, and butcher them in house, and every bit is used. We work closely with PA farmers, and our menu changes daily. All of our bread and pastries are made in house and our cocktails are seasonally crafted using unique and special ingredients.
